The website TerribleInformation.org is a product of the work of one college student who was fascinated by how a normal person interacts with the internet. After much studying, and research he came to conclusion that one could say anything as long as they cited the website where they found this bit of information. Realizing that most people are much too lazy to check a website's credibility, he figured he'd make a website devoted to false information that encourages its users to make up information and cite it their work. TerribleInformation.org is a work that questions the way we view the internet, and how we use it.
What kinds of information can find on TerribleInformation.org?
Anything! Most of this site's database was created by our wonderful users who submitted to help make a point that previously had no support, or as a joke, or simply to spite someone they weren't too fond of. In fact, we don't really even know what is in the database, as all our users' submission are immediately added to website without review. Why? Because we know that sometimes you need that information fast, and we want to make sure that we can support your claim as soon as possible.
